Job Description

The Role

Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals. o Strengthen the brand identity and positioning of Step by Step Nursery & Kids Academy. o Identify and execute lead generation initiatives to drive enrollment and business growth. o Create and oversee engaging digital and social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). o Manage SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies to optimize brand reach. o Lead content creation, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases. o Oversee the development and execution of a social media content calendar. Plan and execute parent engagement events, open days, and community outreach programs. o Collaborate with nursery managers to create compelling promotional activities. o Communicate offerings effectively to parents and the wider community. Establish relationships with media, industry experts, and influencers to increase brand visibility. o Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant publications. o Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. o Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to optimize strategies. o Present regular marketing reports and insights to the management team. o Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus!). o 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry. o Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content creation. o Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid advertising strategies. o Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. o Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills. o Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. o Flexibility to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
