We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and lead generation, with the ability to work closely with sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales and leasing
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, portals, email, SEO, etc.)
Oversee branding, content creation, and corporate identity across all platforms
Manage property listings and promotions on portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
Generate and optimize qualified leads to support the sales team
Coordinate with sales managers to align marketing campaigns with sales goals
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROI
Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and freelancers
Supervise marketing executives, designers, and content teams (if applicable)
Ensure compliance with
RERA and Dubai advertising regulations
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of marketing experience
, preferably within the
Dubai real estate market
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and buyer behavior
Experience managing real estate portals and CRM integrations
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Proficiency in marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, CRM, Canva/Adobe, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment
