Job Description

Position Summary :

This role will assume responsibility for building the entire marketing strategy which includes
defining the annual marketing budget and spend allocation, in addition to conducting in depth
post campaign analysis. The Marketing Manager will be tasked with developing and
executing comprehensive marketing campaigns which align with the company objectives and
maximize ROI. This role will be heavily geared towards promoting a strong brand identity
with consistent messaging across all marketing channels. The role is of a highly creative and
strategic Marketing Manager who can lead a team and execute marketing campaigns for a
luxury Real Estate brokerage firm in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing. Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including social media posts, videos, brochures, and advertisements. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and optimize lead conversion. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage the company's website, social media accounts, and online presence, ensuring engagement and consistency. Establish partnerships with real estate developers and industry influencers to enhance brand credibility. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements for real estate marketing.

Requirements:



Pre-Requisites :

Post Graduate degree in Marketing, master's in business administration or a Master's degree in related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the real estate industry in Dubai is ideal. Total experience of 8-10 years in Marketing of which at least 4-5 years in Dubai with around 2-3 years in the real estate sector. Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends, digital advertising and lead generation strategies. Experience with SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and CRM tools. Excellent creative thinking, communication, and leadership skills is essential. Ability to analyse data and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Strong network within the Dubai real estate sector is a plus. Arabic speaking ability could be an advantage.
