We are looking for an innovative and forward-thinking Marketing Leader to take ownership of our marketing function and build it into a high-performing department. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with strong ideas, leadership potential, and a passion for growth, who can design effective lead generation strategies and assemble a flexible team of in-house staff and freelancers. Extensive senior-level experience is not mandatory; a strong mindset, creativity, and execution capability are key.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Growth
Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate sales.
Identify new and creative channels for customer acquisition and brand exposure.
Align marketing activities with sales objectives to drive measurable business growth.
Team Building & Coordination
Build and manage a small, agile marketing team using in-house resources and freelancers.
Coordinate with designers, digital marketers, content creators, and external vendors.
Foster a collaborative and performance-driven marketing culture.
Digital & Lead Generation
Plan and manage digital campaigns across social media, search engines, property portals, and other relevant platforms.
Optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and CRM integration.
Track performance and continuously test new ideas to improve results.
Brand Development
Strengthen the company's brand presence and visibility in the Dubai real estate market.
Oversee social media, content creation, property marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Reporting & Optimization
Monitor marketing KPIs such as leads, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
Improve marketing efficiency through experimentation and data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience in real estate, digital marketing, or a service-based industry.
Experience in running lead generation campaigns and working with freelancers or small teams.
Understanding of the UAE/Dubai market is an advantage but not mandatory.
