Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Marketing Manager

with

automotive industry experience

to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive vehicle sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role will manage digital and traditional marketing efforts across our dealership(s) / automotive brand.

Automotive or dealership marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase vehicle sales and showroom traffic Manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM, email marketing) Oversee dealership website performance, inventory listings, and lead generation Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and vehicle launches Manage CRM and lead follow-up processes in collaboration with sales teams Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports Work with vendors, ad agencies, and OEM marketing programs Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI Ensure brand consistency across all channels
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3+ years of marketing experience in the automotive or car industry

Proven experience driving leads and vehicle sales through marketing Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics Experience with CRM systems and automotive marketing tools Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications

Dealership marketing experience (new or used vehicles) Experience with OEM programs (Toyota, Honda, Ford, etc.) Knowledge of automotive inventory and pricing strategies Graphic design or video marketing experience
