Marketing Manager - Up to AED 15,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing vision and execution. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing our integrated marketing strategy across all channels to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. This is a leadership role that combines analytical thinking with creative direction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and budget aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage a multi-channel marketing mix (Digital, PR, Events, Traditional, etc.).
• Oversee the company's digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team (including social media, content, and design).
• Collaborate with sales teams to create effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics (ROI, KPIs) to optimize strategies.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
• In-depth knowledge of all marketing disciplines and modern digital marketing tools.
• Strong experience in budgeting, planning, and performance analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a creative mindset.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., Real Estate, FMCG, Tech) is preferred.
