Role Overview
The role is based in Dubai, working through Studio 5 - a new marketing company, taking a lead as our Marketing & Business Manager
The primary focus is marketing leadership, campaign delivery and lead generation. Alongside this, the successful candidate will be trained and developed in operational delivery, operational development and commercial decision-making by working closely with the directors, and then taking ownership after a short period.
This role is designed for a strong, hands-on Marketing Manager who wants to step beyond pure marketing over time, learn how the business actually operates, and grow into broader responsibility but without being expected to already have senior commercial or operational experience.
The core objective is to generate qualified leads, build brand presence (particularly on LinkedIn), and support revenue generation, while progressively developing operational and business capability.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
Own and deliver marketing strategy across Studio 5 and supporting Nirvana Group companies.
Plan and execute email marketing, digital marketing and social media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
Create high-quality branded assets using Canva (presentations, proposals, campaigns, social content).
Design and run campaigns that generate qualified inbound leads.
Manage content calendars and campaign schedules.
Track marketing performance, ROI, engagement and lead conversion.
2. Lead Generation & Marketing-Led Growth
Generate and qualify leads through marketing activity.
Work with directors and UK operational teams to hand over leads effectively.
Support business development activity through marketing campaigns and collateral.
Maintain basic pipeline visibility from a marketing perspective.
3. Brand & Communications
Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Support LinkedIn presence for the business and directors where required.
Ensure all outward-facing material is professional, consistent and commercially credible.
4. Operational Exposure & Development (Training-Focused)
Work closely with directors to learn operational delivery and decision-making.
Gain exposure to pricing logic, service delivery models and operational workflows.
Support light administration tasks such as proposal formatting, invoicing preparation and CRM updates.
Gradually build understanding of how marketing converts into real operational delivery.
5. Systems, Software & AI Support
Support marketing-related systems and tools.
Assist with software and AI initiatives from a marketing and process-support perspective.
Help document processes, requirements and workflows as part of system development.
