Above & Beyond Properties LLC

is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate to lead our marketing initiatives, develop creative strategies, and execute effective campaigns that boost brand visibility and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

Manage and grow all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X) by creating engaging content such as reels, carousel, and stories. Run targeted Meta Google Ads campaigns and implement advanced retargeting strategies.

Strategic Planning

: Conduct competitor research, develop promotional materials, and launch geotargeted advertising campaigns to reach the right audience.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other performance tracking systems.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure aligned messaging, consistent branding, and seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

Must be an

Arabic

and

English

speaker. Minimum of 2 years of real estate marketing experience in the UAE. Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

AED 10,000 - And 12,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
