Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and budgets. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels. Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing activities including social media, online promotions, and website content. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions for all branches Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI; prepare regular reports for management review. Coordinate with external vendors, designers, agencies, and influencers to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials. Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources. Work closely with operations and outlet managers to align marketing initiatives with business needs. Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations in all marketing

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in the UAE, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.

Grooming:

Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance according to company standards.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
