In this position, you will be in charge of spearheading the marketing plan to improve our brand's visibility and attract a wider audience. We take great pleasure in being a leader in the luxury industry, and as our marketing manager, your knowledge will be essential to creating campaigns that appeal to our discriminating audience. To guarantee a consistent brand message across all platforms, you will oversee a skilled staff and work with cross-functional departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective campaign execution. Conduct market research to identify trends, insights, and competitive landscape within the luxury goods sector. Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print. Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing efforts with new product launches and seasonal collections. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers in the luxury market. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate the marketing team. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and SEO strategies. Creative mindset with a passion for luxury products and a deep understanding of customer behavior.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
