We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in Dubai's real estate market. The role requires strong capabilities in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate must be able to strategically support both off-plan and secondary property portfolios, drive lead generation, enhance brand presence, and ensure consistent marketing execution across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Management
Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality social media posts, feeds, and video content across all platforms.
Execute posting services end-to-end, including caption writing, proofreading, and keyword optimization.
Create thumbnails, reels covers, and visual assets to support ongoing campaigns.
Coordinate follower growth campaigns (Meta) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation
Develop and manage data-driven social media campaigns for:
- Off-plan projects (Meta)
- Secondary market listings (Meta)
- Brand awareness and follower acquisition
Optimize campaign performance for improved CTR, leads, and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing, audience refinement, and continuous budget optimization.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare monthly KPI and performance reports in Excel, including insights, analytics, and recommended actions.
Conduct monthly success meetings and provide consultancy-level strategic recommendations.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and platform algorithms to adapt marketing strategies.
Creative Production & Design
Design A4 flyers, marketing materials, promotional PDFs, and visual assets for campaigns.
Produce professional thumbnails, visuals, and templates aligned with brand guidelines.
Ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials.
Website & SEO
Manage monthly website maintenance, updates, enhancements, and content alignment.
Publish SEO-optimized blog posts with stock imagery to boost organic reach and search rankings.
Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels.
Marketing Operations & Coordination
Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support weekly sales targets.
Work with developers and Relationship Managers to obtain media assets.
Assist in planning and executing open houses, events, exhibitions and other promotional initiatives.
Maintain a strong, unified brand presence across all channels.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within Dubai's real estate sector.
Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary market marketing.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and Meta campaign execution.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe tools preferred), CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards.
Knowledge of SEO, website content management, and CRM systems.
Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into action.
