Build and execute the company's
full marketing strategy from A to Z
Lead all
digital marketing and performance campaigns
Manage and grow all company
social media platforms
Coordinate with
third-party digital agencies and printing presses
Work closely with
Sales Teams
for:
Product shooting
Campaign content
Plan and manage:
Medical exhibitions
Workshops
Product launches
Create and monitor:
Content calendars
Campaign budgets
Marketing performance reports
Track and report KPIs across all platforms
Build and lead a
marketing team
as the company expands regionally
Support brand expansion across
UAE, KSA, Qatar & regional markets
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
6+ years of experience
in:
Digital Marketing
Branding
Social Media Management
Mandatory experience in Healthcare, Aesthetics, or Cosmetics
Strong knowledge of:
Meta Ads
TikTok Ads
Google Ads
Influencer marketing
Ability to manage agencies, print press, designers & production vendors
Strong reporting & analytics skills
Fluent in Arabic & English (written & spoken)
