Job Description

Core responsibilities

Strategy development

: Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop multi-channel marketing plans with specific objectives.

Campaign management

: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns from start to finish, including new product launches.

Team and agency leadership

: Lead a marketing team or coordinate with external agencies to execute marketing initiatives.

Budgeting and resource planning

: Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Performance analysis

: Analyze customer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to extract key insights and make recommendations for future strategies.

Cross-functional collaboration

: Work closely with sales, product, and senior leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Content oversight

: Approve and oversee the creation of marketing content and promotional messaging.
Key skills and qualifications

Strategic thinking

: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.

Analytical skills

: Proficiency in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities.

Leadership

: Experience leading teams or managing projects effectively.

Communication

: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Technical proficiency
