The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and digital growth strategy across real estate, mining & trade segments. This role combines strategic brand positioning and business planning, data-driven digital marketing, and hands-on campaign management to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of delivering impactful marketing programs in the GCC, leveraging local insights, social media dynamics, and cross-channel integration to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of business goals.
Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent identity across all business sectors and channels.
Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, and overall online performance.
Direct social media strategy, content creation, and influencer collaborations to enhance audience engagement.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing, email campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with management to identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
Support sales and business development teams with marketing tools, materials, and promotional campaigns.
Manage marketing budgets, monitor KPIs and ROI, and present performance reports to senior management.
Negotiate with vendors, media, and service providers to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Media.
7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the UAE, with exposure to real estate, development, or trade.
Proven track record in digital marketing and brand strategy with measurable results.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, Shopify/WooCommerce), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent understanding of UAE consumer behavior, multicultural communication, and regional media landscape.
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
