Generate monthly performance reports and ROI analysis.
4. Social Media & Content Management
Develop monthly content calendars for all platforms.
Coordinate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality content.
Lead awareness, engagement, and educational campaigns.
5. Event & Campaign Execution
Lead company events, workshops, webinars, and exhibitions.
Manage product launches, press activities, and corporate gatherings.
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate closely with medical teams, HR, Operations, and Finance.
Manage agencies, vendors, and marketing suppliers.
7. Budget & Financial Management
Develop and monitor the marketing budget.
Control campaign costs and ensure strong ROI.
Report budget utilization and future forecast.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Media, or related field.
5-8 years of experience (healthcare or wellness sector is an advantage).
Strong experience in digital performance marketing.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
