Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive revenue growth, and ensure consistent market positioning. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven professional who can manage both online and offline marketing activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, advertising, digital presence, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. Plan and execute social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement. Collaborate with Sales, PR, and Revenue teams to ensure marketing alignment and consistency. Manage brand identity, ensuring adherence to corporate standards and guidelines. Oversee production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and events to increase brand visibility. Supervise and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within hospitality or service industry. Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
