1. Strategic Planning & Leadership
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee the performance of digital, social, and offline marketing teams.
Allocate marketing budgets efficiently and manage the department's P&L.
Analyze market trends, competition, and ROI to guide marketing direction.
2. CRM Management
Ensure CRM systems are properly utilized for lead distribution, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor lead response time and agent follow-up quality.
3. Digital Marketing
(Performance-focused)
Oversee paid campaigns (Google Ads, YouTube, retargeting, SEO/SEM).
Optimize online visibility and lead generation through digital channels.
Evaluate analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
4. Social Marketing
(Brand & engagement-focused)
Manage brand image and audience engagement on social platforms.
Approve strategies for influencer collaborations, social content calendars, and community growth.
Supervise the creative and social media teams (not create the content).
5. Lead Management & Conversion Oversight
Supervise end-to-end lead flow from portals and campaigns.
Track quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with Sales and HR Managers to align hiring needs, campaign timing, and business objectives.
7. Reporting & Optimization
Present weekly and monthly marketing performance reports to the CEO.
Adjust strategy based on data-driven insights and team feedback.
