Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, and events). Manage and enhance the company's online presence, ensuring engaging and accurate content across all platforms. Oversee SEO, SEM, and online advertising to boost visibility and engagement. Create and curate compelling marketing content, including blogs, videos, and visuals. Drive lead generation efforts and analyze performance to optimize results. Maintain consistent brand identity across all communications and materials. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and track ROI. Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure cost-effective campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams, including agents, designers, and photographers, to execute marketing plans effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing management, preferably in the

real estate industry

. Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, SEO/SEM, and social media trends. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making ability. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
