Clinica Sabah Group, one of the leading healthcare groups in Dubai, is seeking to appoint a highly competent Marketing Manager with proven experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in clinics and hospitals within the United Arab Emirates.
We are looking for a professional marketing leader capable of developing and executing effective marketing strategies to expand our services and strengthen our presence in the local market.
A minimum of 3 years of practical marketing experience within the UAE is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the group's objectives.
Manage marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to drive growth and increase customer base.
Enhance the group's digital presence across various online platforms.
Analyze market performance and competitors, providing regular reports with insights and results.
Build and maintain professional relationships with partners, insurance companies, and the local community.
Supervise and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
Prepare detailed marketing performance reports for senior management on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
At least
3 years of marketing experience within the UAE
, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in the UAE, especially clinics and medical centers.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and techniques (Google Ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
