We are looking for an experienced and creative

Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic team and lead all marketing activities to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote company projects and brand presence. Manage both

digital and traditional marketing campaigns

, including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and outdoor advertising. Collaborate with the

sales and management teams

to design effective lead generation strategies. Oversee the creation of all

marketing materials

, such as brochures, videos, property presentations, and website content. Plan and execute

project launches, events, and exhibitions

to maximize exposure. Coordinate with

external agencies, photographers, media, and advertising partners

for branding and promotional activities. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Manage and optimize

marketing budgets

to ensure cost efficiency and ROI. Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum

5+

years of marketing experience

-- preferably in a

real estate developer or brokerage firm

. Strong understanding of

real estate branding, digital marketing, and property promotions

. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in

Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM tools, and CRM systems

. Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
