Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and projects for the company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Create and execute marketing strategies to position the company in the market.
Develop sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly project acquisition targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the furniture and interior sector.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
Coordinate with the design and production teams to align project requirements with client expectations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in marketing/business development (preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industry).
Must own a
car and valid UAE driving license
.
Strong network of industry contacts (architects, contractors, developers, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of securing and managing large-scale projects.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
