KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create effective marketing plans to promote residential and commercial real estate projects. Create effective marketing plans to promote residential and commercial real estate projects. Plan and execute campaigns to generate quality leads through digital and traditional channels. Oversee Ads, social media, email marketing, and online listings to drive traffic and inquiries. Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, videos, virtual tours, and ad creatives. Conduct research to understand buyer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning. Maintain brand consistency and reputation across all platforms; manage media relations and public outreach. Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a strong, consistent daily presence across all platforms

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
