Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Marketing Manager

located in Dubai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing department, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing market research and managing brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include planning and supervising marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, coordinating with the sales and business development teams, managing budgets and ensuring exceptional customer engagement and service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. Proven expertise in Market Research, Branding and Marketing Strategy development. Experience in managing Sales alignment and leading successful marketing campaigns. Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational, analytical and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Previous managerial experience in the GCC market is a strong plus.
