We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with minimum 2 years of professional experience to lead marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence in the UAE. The role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) aligned with company objectives.
Manage social media platforms, websites, blogs, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Plan, organize, and oversee promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate qualified leads.
Monitor and optimize online marketing performance (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ads).
Manage the creation of marketing content including brochures, presentations, and multimedia.
Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and strategic partners.
Track KPIs, prepare reports, and present marketing performance to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing (preferably in the UAE).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Google Ads,SEO, and content creation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonalskills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and consumer trends is an advantage.
Preferred Qualification
Exposure to B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Experience working in technology, real estate, retail, or service-based industries in the UAE.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
