The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

BamX is a fast-growing property development company shaping the future of residential and

commercial real estate in Dubai. We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Lead /

Manager to develop and execute our marketing strategy while building and managing an

internal team.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and lead marketing strategies aligned with business goals and project milestones

? Build and manage a high-performing team of designers and marketers

? Drive brand identity and messaging across digital, print, and environmental platforms

? Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (social, SEO, email, events, paid media)

? Lead digital marketing efforts including website UX, content, SEO/SEM, and

performance tracking

? Oversee CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Odoo

? Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to align communications

? Represent the company at real estate events and industry activations

Ideal Candidate

? Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)

? 5+ years in marketing with Development real estate experience and 3+ in team leadership

? Strong grasp of Dubai's property market and buyer behavior

? Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, HubSpot/Salesforce, Odoo, Adobe Suite

Achieved Good leads with generating leads

? Strategic thinker with creative, analytical, and project management skills
