will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy, boost brand awareness, and increase revenue across all departments, including rooms, F&B outlets, spa, and events. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytics, and leadership to successfully manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals
Manage hotel branding, advertising, PR, and promotional strategies
Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media)
Maintain and update hotel website content, ensuring SEO best practices
Build and manage content calendars for social media platforms
Collaborate with OTA partners (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) for promotions and visibility
Coordinate with sales, revenue, F&B, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly reports and ROI analysis
Identify new marketing trends and opportunities in the hospitality sector
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, and media partners
Organize events and participate in trade shows or hospitality expos as required
