We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (Real Estate)
We're a boutique real estate company looking for a proactive, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to join our team.
You'll be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and helping grow our brand across multiple platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Managing our social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Creating and posting engaging content (images, videos, captions) Running SEO strategies and improving website traffic Managing Google Ads, Meta ads, and other paid campaigns Coordinating with photographers and videographers for property shoots Writing and designing email newsletters Updating the company website and blog Supporting events, open houses, and client campaigns Creating marketing materials (flyers, brochures, signage) Monitoring marketing performance and reporting insights Working with agents to support their individual marketing needs Staying updated with real estate trends and competitor activity
You will be reporting to senior management and have two junior team members under your guidance.
Who we're looking for:
2-5 years of experience in marketing Experience in real estate marketing is a big plus Someone who's hands-on, organised, and full of ideas Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
