The Role

Position Title:

Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Company laptop and mobile phone Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. : -Manage and direct all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities within NPFCL to enhance the company's image, strengthen brand positioning, and achieve strategic marketing goals across local and international markets. -Develop, coordinate, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and policies, including advertisements, sponsorships, exhibitions, and marketing materials, to promote NPFCL's products and services effectively. -Supervise and lead the marketing team by overseeing daily operations, performance evaluations, staff training, and collaboration with other departments such as Sales and Legal to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing efforts. -Conduct market research and economic surveys to identify potential opportunities, analyze customer trends, evaluate marketing outcomes, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management for business development.



Requirements

Open to male Arabic nationals aged 30 years old and below -Bachelor's degree in in Marketing or related field with relevant experience with Minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing paints and related products. -Strong knowledge of paint products and market trends -Excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills
