Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy from the ground up, aligned with business growth objectives. Build and shape the brand's identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all customer-facing channels. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email), offline, and experiential platforms, with a focus on lead generation and ROI. Establish and maintain digital infrastructure including the company website, CRM, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to identify opportunities, guide positioning, and support go-to-market planning. Create and oversee content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion--leveraging internal and external resources where needed. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, business development, and product teams to align marketing with overall business goals. Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure timely, high-quality output. Lead the marketing efforts for new service launches, product rollouts, and market entries, especially within the UAE real estate landscape. Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and strong project management in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Bring strong creative judgment and hands-on ability with visual and written content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Possess deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, including buyer behavior, cultural dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).

5-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or independent role, ideally within the Real Estate sector or a related industry (property development, brokerage, or investment).

Proven ability to build marketing strategies and systems from scratch, including brand creation, campaign execution, and digital infrastructure setup.

Deep understanding of the UAE Real Estate market, with insight into local consumer behavior, regulatory environment, and market dynamics.

Hands-on experience with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, email marketing, content marketing) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Demonstrated success in launching property marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning for real estate offerings.

Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and listing platforms relevant to the property market.

Ability to develop collateral and content tailored to investors, buyers, and tenants, with a basic grasp of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and UX principles.

Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of overseeing agencies, freelancers, and third-party service providers as the team scales.

Comfortable working in unstructured, early-stage environments, with a proactive mindset, problem-solving ability, and a focus on business impact.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Operations to align marketing with revenue goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
