Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate marketing. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, creating engaging content, and leading the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Oversee the creation of marketing content and promotional materials. Design basic creatives using Canva or Photoshop when necessary. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI. Manage the company's social media presence and ensure consistent growth. Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for content production. Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure timely and effective execution.

Requirements:



3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing within the UAE. Expertise in digital marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong knowledge of social media trends, SEO basics, and lead generation strategies. Ability to create and edit marketing content (copywriting and visuals). Basic design skills using Canva or Photoshop. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:



Familiarity with real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder) and CRM systems. Experience in influencer marketing and offline campaigns. Knowledge of basic video editing tools.
