Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for implementing the global marketing plan for our stores and distribution in India, and for maintaining relationships and monitoring the brands we represent.
Your responsibilities:
Design and implement the company's marketing strategies in your sector
Supervise the implementation of the marketing strategy in the points of sale
Generate ideas for events or promotional activities and organise them effectively
Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns
Launch new product lines, etc.
Monitor progress and submit performance reports
Responsible for producing quality content for the company's online presence
editorial design and organising the company's publications
Conduct general market research to stay abreast of trends and competitors'
marketing operations
Strictly control allocated budgets
Ordering items, coordinating with brands, suppliers and internal teams according to specifications
Checking merchandising plans, fittings and planograms, monitoring in-store installations
Supporting the network with operational implementation
Visiting and touring stores to ensure that specifications are being properly implemented
A business school graduate in marketing with at least 8 years' experience in a similar position in the perfume industry (obligatory), you are fluent in spoken and written English and French (obligatory), have excellent interpersonal skills, are organised, independent, motivated and a team player. Regular business travel is to be expected.
