Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business goals, product launches, and seasonal calendars.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms. Manage visual and verbal brand communication for all marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, influencer collaborations, events).
• Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website content. Track analytics and optimize performance.
• Influencer & PR Collaborations: Identify and partner with influencers, stylists, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Retail & E-commerce Support: Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to create marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversion both in-store and online.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on fashion trends, market competition, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Event Management: Plan and execute brand events, pop-ups, and fashion shows to enhance brand presence.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets efficiently and measure ROI on campaigns.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior marketing team members and coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, sales, and production
