Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
Manage and grow the company's social media presence across all major platforms
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report on key metrics
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate marketing tactics
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically in lead generation
Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads platforms
Strong knowledge of social media strategy and content creation
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in real estate marketing is a plus
