Job Purpose:



As the Marketing Manager you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to elevate our property development brand, drive lead generation, and maximize sales conversions. You will leverage a dynamic mix of digital and traditional marketing channels to position our projects as market leaders in the UAE's competitive real estate landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning



Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for property launches, brand positioning, and long-term ongoing campaigns.

Conduct market research, competitor activity, and customer segmentation to refine targeting and messaging.

Define KPIs, allocate budgets efficiently, and measure ROI across all marketing initiatives

Campaign Management



Oversee the creation and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, print, outdoor, and event marketing.

Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital (social media, PPC, SEO, email marketing, content marketing) and traditional (print, outdoor, events, PR) channels.

Craft high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new developments, ensuring seamless execution from pre-launch to post-sales.

Optimize lead nurturing funnels through automation, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Lead Generation & Sales Support



Drive high-quality lead generation through targeted digital advertising, partnerships, and CRM-driven strategies.

Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with pipeline growth and conversion goals.

Implement A/B testing and analytics to refine campaigns and maximize lead-to-sale conversion.

Brand Development & Corporate Communication



Strengthen brand identity, voice, and visual consistency across all touchpoints

Oversee production of high-impact marketing collateral (brochures, videos, presentations, website content).

Manage PR, media relations, and though leadership initiatives to enhance brand authority.

Stakeholder Management



Partner with external agencies, media vendors, and influencers to amplify reach.

Present regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Foster cross-functional collaboration with sales, design and project teams for cohesive messaging.

Job Requirements:



Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate/property development.

Proven success in managing large-scale campaigns, lead generation, and brand growth.

Technical & Digital Skills:

Expertise in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, email automation).

Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, Heatmaps).

Familiarity with real estate marketing platforms (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities

Creative storyteller with strong copywriting and presentation skills.

Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken).
