Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and content planning across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, captions) in collaboration with the design and content teams.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.
Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports on social media effectiveness and growth.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and competitor activity to optimize content and strategy.
Manage paid social campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
