Job Description

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated

Marketing Manager

to lead the marketing efforts of our restaurant group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase footfall, boost online engagement, and contribute to overall revenue growth across all restaurant outlets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning

: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote restaurant concepts.

Brand Management

: Manage and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and engaging marketing collateral.

Digital Marketing

: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and website optimization to attract and engage target audiences.

Campaign Management

: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events, to generate leads and increase customer engagement.

Market Research

: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth within the automotive and auction industry.

Budget Management

: Develop and manage marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize ROI on marketing investments.

Team Leadership

: Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 5-7 years of marketing experience in the F&B or hospitality industry (restaurant experience preferred). Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC market dynamics (or relevant region). Excellent communication, leadership, and creative skills.
