Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, develop strategic initiatives, and manage a talented team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fashion industry, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing, the ability to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, and the ability build and manage a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, email campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Build and lead a marketing team by hiring, training, and mentoring marketing professionals, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging. Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, focusing on metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment (ROI). Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the fashion market.

Qualifications:



- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.

- Creative mindset with a passion for fashion, streetwear, and an eye for detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
