Job description:
As a Marketing Manager with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, you will play an important role in promoting our ceramic studio through various marketing strategies. Your expertise will help us build strong relationships with clients, trainees and various other institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Local Marketing: Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase the visibility of our Ceramic studio in Dubai.
Referral Program: Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, companies, dentists and other healthcare providers to encourage participation in our pottery workshops.
Customer Engagement: Implement customer engagement and retention strategies, including feedback collection and satisfaction surveys
Print materials, website social media: Oversee the creation and distribution of print materials such as brochures, flyers and newsletters to inform customers about our workshops and special promotions. Monitor and promote the website through constant contact with our web designer and SEO experts.
Regular development of content for our social media
Public Relations: Manage the public relations of our Ceramic studio including responding to media inquiries, organizing interviews and building positive relationships with local media outlets.
Event planning: Strong Organization skills for the representation of the ceramic studio at various events and seminars
Community Partnerships: Build partnerships with local organizations and schools to promote workshops and outreach programs.
Analytics and reports: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and generate regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
MBA in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
