We're seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth in this vibrant market.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and local market trends
Lead the creation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms
Oversee social media strategy and content creation for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials and content
Manage the company's website and blog, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers
Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities
Manage marketing budget and resources to maximize ROI
Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation for various platforms
Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience with digital marketing trends and best practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Innovative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends
Knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market is a plus
Experience in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle industries is beneficial but not required
