Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO/SEM, events, etc.).
Oversee content creation, including blog posts, press releases, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Analyze campaign performance and marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights and reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Lead marketing team members and manage external vendors or agencies as needed.
Organize promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations.
Maintain and enhance the company's online presence (website, social media, etc.).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in creating and managing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English; knowledge of [Arabic/French/etc.] is a plus.
