Job Description

The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic design and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives to drive student enrolment across Levels 4, 5, 6, top-up, and postgraduate programmes. This role is responsible for enhancing the university's visibility, credibility, and market positioning by leveraging both local and transnational education strengths.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sector knowledge, strong networks within the academic community, and a proven track record in student-focused marketing within higher education.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership & Planning



Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with the university's enrolment and growth objectives. Strengthen the institutional brand identity and positioning, including affiliated institutions such as ASTI. Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on student recruitment, progression, and conversion.

Stakeholder Engagement & Academic Partnerships



Build and maintain professional relationships with academic Deans, school counsellors, and institutional leaders. Represent the university at educational fairs, industry panels, and partnership events. Collaborate with academic partners to create co-branded outreach initiatives and student enrolment pipelines.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution



Plan and execute data-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms to maximize visibility and lead generation. Oversee the development of a digital content calendar and a promotional video content strategy.

Content, Media & Communications



Lead the development of compelling marketing content including videos, newsletters, infographics, blogs, and press releases. Build and maintain media relationships and partnerships with educational influencers and community stakeholders. Draft and distribute press releases to relevant academic and commercial publications.

Event & Community Engagement



Organize and manage open days, orientation programmes, school outreach events, and parent engagement sessions. Coordinate with internal departments to support university-wide promotional activities.

Performance Analysis & Reporting



Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and digital engagement using CRM and analytics tools. Provide monthly and quarterly marketing dashboards to the executive leadership team. Adjust marketing strategies based on key trends, insights, and performance metrics.

Person Specification


Qualifications



Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required). Additional certifications in digital marketing, media relations, or CRM systems (preferred).

Experience



Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing role within the higher education sector.

Demonstrable success in local and international student recruitment campaigns across multiple academic programme levels. Strong network within the academic and student recruitment ecosystem.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
