Job Responsibilities:

Digital Advertising:

Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads. Monitor ad performance and optimize for best ROI.

SEO & Web Management:

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage and update the company website. Create and maintain landing pages for marketing campaigns and property promotions.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track marketing metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness. Recommend improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, WordPress (or similar CMS), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools and CRM software. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.). Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
