The Junior Marketing Account Manager assists the Senior Marketing Account Manager in managing marketing activities, coordinating with vendors, conducting basic market analysis, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. This role supports the execution of marketing strategies and helps achieve the clinic's marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Support in Clinic Marketing Management: o Assist in developing and implementing tailored marketing plans for allocated clinics to drive patient acquisition and retention. o Support clinic managers and staff to align marketing activities with clinic goals and objectives. o Help monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives for each clinic, providing regular updates to the Senior Marketing Account Manager. o Assist in preparing detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics and insights.
2. Vendor Coordination: o Assist in identifying, evaluating, and selecting third-party vendors for various marketing services, including advertising, graphic design, printing, and digital marketing. o Support vendor relationship management to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and high quality service. o Help coordinate with vendors to plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with clinic goals and brand standards.
3. Market Analysis: o Conduct basic market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. o Assist in analyzing market data to support marketing strategies and initiatives. o Prepare and present market analysis reports to the Senior Marketing Account Manager, providing insights and recommendations.
4. Brand Standards and Consistency: o Ensure all marketing activities and materials adhere to the clinic's brand guidelines and standards. o Support the maintenance of consistent brand messaging across all clinics and marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media. o Assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, such as logos, templates, and style guides.
5. Campaign Support: o Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote clinic services and enhance brand awareness. o Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies, timelines, and budgets. o Help track and analyze campaign performance, providing updates and reports to the Senior Marketing Account Manager.
