The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing to position our residential and commercial properties effectively in the market and enhance the visibility of our brand. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing, and brand management within the property development context.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns for new and ongoing residential and commercial developments.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop project-specific go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media.
Ideate and oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, hoardings, site branding, videos, and walkthroughs.
Plan and coordinate events to generate walk-ins and brand awareness.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and creative agencies for project branding and storytelling.
Track and report campaign performance, lead metrics, and ROI, providing actionable insights to the Head of Marketing.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
Strong grasp of digital tools.
Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management for high-value property projects.
Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
