JOB PURPOSE: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the organization, attract businesses, and enhance its overall brand presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business goals and the ability to align marketing initiatives with broader organizational objectives. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Overall responsibility for creating and executing the Marketing, Brand and PR initiatives in line with business objectives and strategy ensuring consistency across all communication channels. Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support for professional development by fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Oversee the development of marketing initiatives, plan and manage organizational marketing budget. Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives and optimize strategies; oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various channels, including website and social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and key industry influencers and spearhead public relations efforts to enhance the organizational visibility and reputation to foster growth. Identify target audiences, assess competitor activities, and gather insights for informed decision-making. Perform other tasks as directed by the general manager as needed. Qualifications BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in marketing, Business Administration or relevant. MBA desirable. Years & Nature of Experience 10-12 years with proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a free zone or similar industry. Core Competencies Technical Skills
