Job Description

We are looking for a marketing manager with the following

1- MBA in Marketing Management

2- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing Dubai

3- 2 years Experience in medical field'

1- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Manage the company's marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective. Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, events, social media, and print marketing. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance. Collaborate with product development, sales, and design teams to ensure brand consistency. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary. Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring targets and deadlines are met. Build relationships with media outlets, vendors, and partners to amplify marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing). Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics, social media management platforms). Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
