Job Summary:

We're looking for a results-driven

Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills, with experience in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and traditional channels. Oversee content creation (blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, social media, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align on messaging and goals. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, etc.). Monitor and analyze campaign performance; report on KPIs and adjust strategies based on insights. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Supervise and mentor marketing team members and external agencies/vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email platforms, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion on time and within budget. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills. Experience in [your industry] a plus.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
