Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies combining both traditional and digital methods. Manage campaigns across various channels including social media, email, print, outdoor advertising, and events. Oversee branding, design, and content creation for all marketing materials. Plan and coordinate BTL activities such as exhibitions, flyers, brochures, and networking events. Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, paid ads, website optimization, email marketing, and analytics. Maintain and enhance the company's online presence (website, Google listings, and social platforms). Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor marketing KPIs and generate regular performance reports. Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 4-6 years of proven experience in a similar role with exposure to both digital and traditional marketing. Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and website CMS. Strong communication, organizational, and team management skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
