Job Description

Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the frozen food product line.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audience preferences.Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, trade marketing, ATL/BTL).Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and distribution strategies.Manage product launches, promotions, and packaging development in line with brand positioning.Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.Coordinate with external agencies (creative, digital, PR) and internal teams for campaign development and execution.Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and ROI.Stay updated with food industry trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory guidelines.Required SkillsBachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in FMCG marketing, ideally within frozen food products.Overall exp should be 10+ YearsStrong knowledge of consumer marketing, digital marketing tools, and brand management.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
