Overview of the role

Overall the role is to assist in the drive in the success of the strategic marketing approach and growth for BLUE and partnership performance for the division. Focused on executing strategies which will maximize the potential of the entire BLUE brand to facilitate YOY growth of partnerships, engagement and downloads delivering an excellent customer experience and position ourselves as one of the market leaders in customer experience. This role will have a view of delivering innovative brand and marketing concepts focused on delivering world class experiences while looking towards \xe2\x80\x9cwhat is next\xe2\x80\x9d by challenging existing thinking.

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery of digital marketing activities across social, events and physical platforms. They will plan and execute the marketing campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Our specialist will be essential to ensuring integrated digital strategies are aligned with strengthening customer engagement and delivering profitable revenue growth for Blue across the Al-Futtaim group - with a focus on acquisition, engagement and spend.

What you will do

Manage execution and delivery of Brand campaigns both off and online for Blue in the markets in which it operates

Manage the execution and delivery of internal and external partnership campaign (including Blue FAB Credit Card) as agreed campaign plan with Head of Partnerships

Manage the operations and delivery of Blue campaigns according to the approved promotion plans: objectives, promotional tactics, budget. Have the ability to establish procedures for tracking effectiveness of promotions

Track and manage the performance of key agencies for Blue

Manages and ensures the brand strategy and positioning is adhered to with it partners (both internal and external) for its protection, and tracking and measuring its performance to inform future activity

Creating marketing reports, identifying trends with results for the presentation to clients and stakeholders in the company.

Develop project plans, establish clear success criteria / goals, ensuring delivery of accountabilities, resources and identify and escalate potential issues / risks and assist to plan contingency measures.

Effectively manage project time and resources, resolve issues and take escalate issues to ensure the progress (SLAs) and successful completion (e.g. on time, within budget) of designated projects.

Required skills to be successful

Experience segmenting audiences and applying them to campaigns.

Communicating within a large corporate environment, ensuring business & Loyalty marketing leaders understand opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning

Creating and executing plans to achieve strategic objectives

Obtaining results in a global, matrix-managed environment

Building strong relationships with internal and external partners

Presenting ideas to non-digital & CRM audiences

Gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale

Maintaining and continuously improving customer engagement

About the team

The role will report to the Head of Marketing for Digital.

What equips you for the role

Professional degree/s in Business and Loyalty marketing. A Master\'s degree in Loyalty marketing is preferred

A minimum of 6 years\' experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery across key channels both online and off line.

Digital marketing

Proficient in Google Analytics (required)

Marketing planning and execution

Proficient in MS Office; Word, PowerPoint, Excel (required)

Creating digital marketing reports (required)
